Each Paper Shall carry 100 marks and shall be distributed as under :- Written Examination Sessional Sessional marks shall be awarded by the Head of the Department in consultation with the subject teacher and shall be based on :- (i) Terminal examination and classroom tests (ii) Home assignment and field visits (iii) Attendance
This is a two year(4 semesters) postgraduate course leading to the degree of Master of Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. The Govt. of Maharashtra recognizes the course for appointment of labour welfare officersd under Indian factories act. The students and the managerial staff of corporate world, industry, and service sector also get benefit from this course as the course curriculum is designed in such a way as to fulfill the need of the knowledge required in these areas. Human Resource Management is the key area covered in the course curriculum.

To pass in internal assessment paper candidate must obtain minimum C grade. Internally assessed papers shall be assessed on the basis of 10 assignments at least 4 which shall be classroom tests. Grading for internal assessment paper shall be as follows :-

Assessment of Dissertation:-
Papers at Sr. No. MIRPM 306/406 Dissertation shall be assessed by Internal and External examiners, out of 100 Marks to be distributed as follows :-
65 Marks for Dissertation and 35 Marks for Viva-voca, and shall be converted into Grade as stated above.
